Welcome to C&D's Tint Lab. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
C&D's Tint Lab provides automotive window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and ceramic coating services in Riverside, CA. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing will be determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to show up for an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Warranties
We stand behind our work. Manufacturer warranties apply to the films and coatings we install (e.g., Rayno Window Film, Avery Dennison). These warranties cover defects in the material such as bubbling, peeling, or yellowing, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Labor warranties cover installation defects and are valid for a specified period from the date of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
5. Vehicle Condition
We ask that you bring your vehicle in a clean condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or debris may incur an additional cleaning fee before services can be performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including scratches, dents, or interior flaws.
6. Aftercare Instructions
Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of our services. We will provide you with specific aftercare instructions upon completion of the service. Failure to follow these instructions may void your warranty.
7. SMS & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from us, including SMS text messages related to your inquiries, appointments, and promotional offers. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&D's Tint Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
